We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. You can also pay by Paypal if you prefer. We take security extremely seriously and use the most up-to-date systems for handling online payments. We will never store your credit card information on our computers.
If you use a credit card, the card will be charged when the order is placed. The credit card charge will include shipping.
We prefer to process your first order via Credit Card payment and then we can look to set up an account with us you will need to complete this credit application and email it to email@example.com . Once you have an account, we will be able to invoice you for orders. Invoices will be e-mailed the day after the order is shipped. First time customers must prepay their first order. All invoices must be paid within 30 days. All prices listed in Pounds Sterling.

Our returns policy is based on two categories of merchandise:
- Non-returnable: Customised or personalised printed items and blank lanyards.
- Returnable within 30 days: All other products.
Products 30-day category may be returned for full credit excluding shipping and handling charges.
Product Return Requirements
- Your Returns number must be written on the outside of the box, with your completed Returns Form placed inside.
- Items must be returned in the same increments they were sold.
- Returned items must be packaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging (both inside and outside).
- The returned item must be clean with no scratches or visible signs of use.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Credit for Your Returns
badges4events™ will credit your account within 48 hours upon receiving the return and verifying acceptable condition. We will refund your account using the original payment method.

Free Sample Policy
badges4events™ is pleased to provide complimentary samples of our products to customers and prospective customers so that you may evaluate the quality of our products. We strive to maintain an open policy while keeping costs as low as possible. badges4events™ reserves the right to question and/or decline sample requests, or request a credit card for shipping costs should the sample request exceed our cost guidelines. Please note, only one sample per product per order, and a total of no more than 5 samples per order.
