In-stock product orders received by 2:00pm Monday to Friday will ship from our Northamptonshire warehouse the same day by UPS – tracking codes will be supplied when your order ships.

Sample product requests will be sent the following business day via Royal Mail.

Custom order production times listed on the product pages are business days and do not include weekends. If an item you order is on backorder, you will be contacted by our Event Specialist the same day you place the order. Our Event Specialist is available Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00. The production time for all custom products starts the day after the order is received and approved. Custom printed orders ship directly from our manufacturing site in Northampton. Rushes are available on most products. The fees on rushes vary depending on the product and the shipment date. Call 0800 612 2526 or send an email to  for more details.

How is my order shipped?

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS.

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by our courier – we therefore suggest you add some extra time in before your order is required – speak to one of our Event Specialists for more help.

Do all of my stock items ship the same day?

For the most part, yes. The only exception is if an in-stock product is on backorder, but fortunately, this is a rarity.

Can I track my order once it is shipped?

Yes, once the boxes have gone into the shipper’s package stream, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the package on the shippers’ website.

How much does it cost?

We add a flat rate for the shipping of all orders regardless of quantity shipped (going to the same address) – £4.99 ex VAT (£5.99 inc VAT).

If an order ships to more than one location, there is a £25 Split Shipping handling cost plus the Flat rate charge per shipment added to your order at the time the order is placed.
